We are a private, environmental and cultural club created by the Comins brothers, to offer its members gastronomic tourism activities, natural products and environmentalism in rural areas.

We come from a family from the province of Castellón, rooted in the tradition of growing citrus and Mediterranean fruit trees. In its fourth generation, the Comins family of brothers is committed to respect for the environment, sustainability and the authenticity of real food, of Spanish origin.

At ECO-COMINS, we are convinced that health begins with what we eat. Our commitment is to offer products of the highest quality based on social and family unity, knowing how to care for the land and its crops, to achieve sustainable and ecological production.

Adaptively, we have grown towards a new, more sustainable "exploitation" model, which involves the partner participating in the cultivation and production process. We have expanded our offer to meet the needs of our consumer partners, offering the seal of authenticity and the culture of Spain.

The mission of our club is to offer our VIP members a careful selection of high-quality natural products from the province of Castellón, where the richness of our land and cultural legacy intertwine to provide authentic and traditional flavors. We are proud to promote environmentalism, allowing our sponsoring partners to sponsor and plant fruit trees, thus contributing to the care of the environment and the preservation of our agricultural heritage. We offer workshops that provide a deep understanding of the process of obtaining and caring for our products and in addition, we organize tastings and gastronomic tourism visits that offer an unparalleled experience, where the aromas and flavors of Spanish cuisine shine in all their splendor, inviting our members to immerse themselves in the rich and varied gastronomic culture of our land.

The ECO-COMINS club aims to bring together people with a similar ideology of respect for the environment; facilitate networking relationships in rural areas; enjoy unique gourmet products of high value and quality; as well as taking advantage of the Costa de Azahar to make a cultural toast, with gastronomic tourism.

SPONSOR and PLANT A FRUIT

The current production model of the Spanish agricultural sector is governed by policies that do not facilitate the traditional development of the primary sector. The commercial margin is minuscule and the profits at the end of the year are embarrassing and unsustainable. In an evident and obvious way, many families decide to abandon the fields, selling the tradition of good work to large companies, losing the essence, transparency and genuineness of the product. A very convenient currency, which standardizes the shopping basket in large stores, evidencing the dubious labeling of all products, even organic ones, leaving our health in the hands of chance.

The family of Comins brothers is not going to abandon and lose their tradition, which makes them unique. Despite all the difficulties of the last 10 years (Click here to know its story).

For this reason and selecting environmentalism as a sustainable and educational strategy for a healthier, more balanced environment free of chemical contaminants, the associative and private proposal to sponsor and plant a tree on our farms was born.

SPONSOR YOUR TREE

We open the doors of our farms, in the wonderful surroundings of the Mijares River basin, to invite all those people who want to collaborate with our project and work philosophy.

We offer the possibility of planting and/or sponsoring a fruit tree on our farms. We will take care of it, so that it generates ecological and environmentally friendly production.

During the harvest season and at the correct point of ripeness, we collect the fruits from the sponsored trees and send them to the homes of their godfathers/godmothers.

By sponsoring a tree, you contribute to environmentalism, to the continuity of an adequate model of sustainable production, at a fair price for the farmer. You get natural, real, sourced food without deception in labeling.

The CAE inspects our sustainable production method and grants us the possibility of marketing organic production every year, since 2020.

In addition to the professional control and certificate, you will receive your own monitoring notebook for each of your adopted trees, their production record, care and treatments.

You can choose to adopt a young tree or an adult in production. Keep in mind that the young tree takes 3 years to develop its productivity, so a 50% discount will be applied during the first 2 years.

To guarantee the productive results of the crops, the sponsorship of a fruit tree requires a commitment to sponsorship, for a minimum period of 4 years.

Sponsor a young fruit tree

Annual sponsorship fee. 200 €. 4 year commitment.

+ for modest shipping costs, you can enjoy fruit from trees of similar production age.

Shipping throughout Europe, in 10 and 15 kg fruit boxes.

Sponsor an adult fruit tree

Total annual sponsorship fee. 550 €. 4 year commitment.

€400 sponsorship + €150 management, shipping and treatment costs.

Includes up to 80 kg. of fruit/year/tree.

Plant a symbolic tree

Sponsorship of only 50 €, we select and plant a tree in your name.

You can come and plant it yourself or remotely via video call, we will do it for you.

It does not include a monitoring notebook or inspection by the Organic Agriculture Committee.

* For legal reasons only, we inform you that if you are interested in "sponsoring" and/or "planting" a tree and/or fruit tree on our farms, you accept and understand that with the payment of the "sponsorship fee ", you are sponsoring the Eco-Comins Club, being a partner-collaborator-sponsor. Thus, you will contribute financially to the agricultural aid of the Comins Brothers, in order to make the farm and its trees sustainable over time, benefiting from your contribution solely and exclusively by receiving top quality fruit and products at home. Under no circumstances will you be the owner of any of our trees nor will you be a VIP member of the private club. Therefore, you understand that:

1) The property and agricultural land where we plant the trees are private and belong to the Comins brothers and/or president of the club. And only with your consent can you carry out personal actions on your land and trees in a fenced area.

2) If you decide to enjoy the experience of "planting" and/or "sponsoring", you commit to paying the collaborating-sponsoring member fee of the Eco-Comins Club for 4 seasons (4 years). Payment subject to contract.

3) With your payment, you have the right to choose the trees you like the most or help us plant new ones; has the right to receive the fruits of the selected trees.

4) With your subscription you promote the club's activity and provide an economic asset for the sustainability of the production of your fields and expansion of your ecological action.

5) If you want to improve your experience as a member, you can make a request to join the private club by sending an email toeco.comins.club@gmail.com one of the Comins brothers will contact you. VIP members have the right to participate in the workshops, tastings and gastronomic tourism visits that the Comins family of brothers organizes and makes available to them throughout the season. As well as, 2 annual baskets of top quality products, with the possibility of home delivery and exclusive discounts for our selection of products throughout the year.

6) To become a VIP member, you must be a sponsor member of at least one of our 3 sponsorship plans, see sponsor a Young Fruit Tree; sponsor an adult fruit tree or plant a symbolic tree. In addition to passing the interview, being accepted by the family of members and paying the annual fee.
